Students with disabilities, chronic illness, reading and writing difficulties, pregnancy, or breastfeeding can apply for accommodations for exams.
Deadlines
The application deadline is 1 October for the autumn semester and 1 March for the spring semester. In the event of acute illness or injury, you can apply up to two weeks before the exam.
What can be approved
Common measures are extended time, a separate room, rest breaks, a PC with spelling correction software, reading aloud of the assignment text, and adapted furniture.
Documentation
The application must be documented with a statement from a doctor, psychologist, or speech therapist. The documentation should say something about how the condition affects the exam situation, not just confirm a diagnosis.
