The decentralized bachelor's degree in nursing is a part-time program for students who live outside the campus cities. The program runs over four years with online teaching and practical training in the student's own region.
Structure
Teaching is online with two in-person gatherings per semester. Skills training is carried out during the gatherings. Practical training takes place in municipal health services and at hospitals in the student's own region, full-time for periods of six to eight weeks.
Job opportunities
The same authorization and the same job opportunities as a regular bachelor's degree in nursing.
Applying
General university admissions certification with at least grade 3 in Norwegian (393 hours) and at least grade 3 in mathematics (common core subject).
A police certificate must be submitted at the start of the program.
