Continuing education in intensive care nursing is a clinical specialization for licensed nurses. The program is part-time over one and a half years and combines theory with supervised practice in an intensive care unit.
Structure
The program consists of courses in advanced clinical assessment, respiratory physiology, and intensive care treatment, as well as 30 weeks of supervised practice. Many students have partial leave from their own positions.

Authorization as a nurse and a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience after completing a bachelor's degree.
