A bachelor's degree in biomedical laboratory science qualifies you for authorization as a biomedical laboratory scientist. Biomedical laboratory scientists analyze blood samples and other biological material as a basis for diagnosis and treatment.

Structure

The program combines subjects in cell biology, medical biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology with laboratory work. Practical training consists of 20 weeks at medical laboratories.

Hospital laboratories, research institutes, pharmaceutical industry, and biotechnology companies.
