The IT service manages user accounts, network, email, and software for students.
User account
You receive your username and one-time password by SMS when your study place has been confirmed. The password must be changed within seven days. Forgotten passwords are reset with MinID.
Wireless network
The campus has eduroam. Log in with your full email address and password. Eduroam also provides network access at other universities in Norway and abroad.
Software
Students have free access to office suites, statistics tools, and cloud storage through student licenses. The software is downloaded from the software portal with Feide login.
Contact
IT support provides assistance by phone and at the service desk in the Science Building Monday to Friday 09.00–15.00. Issues are reported in the self-service portal.
